- Priority Service Guarantee: Comfort Club members are always at the front of our service queue. If you have no heat or no hot water, we guarantee one of our technicians will be at your home within 48 hours of your call — or your next 12-month membership is on us.

Our heating and cooling maintenance plan covers a wide range of home comfort equipment:

$18.75/month + GST for the first appliance Add $10.40/month + GST for each additional appliance.
Plan Terms
- Free to sign up any time with no commitment or cancellation fees
- The first included maintenance appointment will not be covered if booked within 3 months of signing up
- Maintenance is performed during off-peak seasons to offer priority booking and flexible scheduling
- All maintenance care plans are automatically charged monthly — credit card payments only
- Any outstanding balance for services already performed becomes due immediately upon cancellation
- Pricing may be adjusted annually beginning 12 months after the membership’s effective start date
